I am Roz Paton, Director of People Issues and I have a track record of delivering Human Resource solutions to both small and large businesses for over 25 years. I left corporate life to set up my business in 2004. Surprisingly, in the early years, my business took off in the London area and I spent lots of my time travelling and living away from home.
In recent times, I have focused on trying to develop more local clients. Although I am still interested in all new business nationally, I am especially pleased when my client’s are within a 50 mile radius of my home town of Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire where I live with my partner and our teenage daughter.

I have five core values which I use in my life and my business:
1. Being really customer focused – I develop my business with my customers and I put them at the core of my business activities
2. Offer good value for money – I am transparent in my business pricing so that my customers can control costs and there are no surprises.
3. Be respectful, honest and truthful – I am open and straightforward by nature and I work hard to avoid ambiguity and confusion
4. Always deliver on promises – I am organised and conscientious and always do what I say I will... ALWAYS.
5. Promote diversity in business wherever possible – I believe that "normal" is in the eye of the beholder and people’s differences should be celebrated.
