You will be provided with Full time and Part-time Contracts of Employment and an Apprentice Agreement, an Employee Handbook and 11 Policies following ACAS Codes where appropriate. The documents will be tailored to your business and employee’s working arrangements. A Sub-contractor Agreement will also be included in the pack of documents.
A robust Employee Handbook with an additional 12 separate statutory policy and procedure templates including: Disciplinary, Grievance, Maternity, Paternity, Redundancy, Harassment and Bullying Policy Communications, Internet, Email and Social Media Policy, Equal Opportunity and Diversity Policy, Employee Data Protection Policy and a separate Home Working Data Protection Policy, Company Health and Safety Policy with a standard Risk Assessment Form and a GDPR Privacy Policy for your employees and any sub-contractors.
